Online Consultation
We currently offer online consultations using Google Meet and similar tools.
How an online consultation works
Step 1: Inquiry
Please contact us through the inquiry form, giving your name, e-mail address, the matter you wish to discuss and three preferred dates and times (weekdays between 11:00 and 18:00, Japan time). We will reply by e-mail within two business days and fix the date and time of the consultation.
Step 2: We send you the meeting URL
We will e-mail you the URL for the online video consultation. Clicking the URL starts the consultation. You do not need to download an app or register any personal information.
Step 3: Click the URL
At the appointed time, please click the URL we sent you on a computer, tablet or smartphone with a built-in microphone and camera.
Step 4: The consultation begins
The online meeting system starts and the consultation begins. Documents that need to be checked can also be shared as data.
Step 5: Payment
Please pay the consultation fee by bank transfer to the designated account.
If you subsequently engage us for a procedure, the consultation fee will be deducted from our fee.
